Refund and Returns Policy

At nonstop-move, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for all our customers — both domestic and international. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning or requesting a refund for an item.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories included
  • Not washed, worn, altered, or damaged
  • Return request submitted before the 30-day window closes

Please note that final sale, customized, and digital items (e.g. downloads, online classes) are non-returnable unless defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at info@nonstop-move.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided, using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or notify you if the item is not eligible.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
  • If your order included free shipping, we may deduct the actual cost of original shipping from your refund if the return is not due to our error.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please:

  1. Return the original item following the steps above
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures faster service and availability of your selected item.


5. International Returns

We proudly serve customers worldwide. If you are located outside of our domestic region, please keep in mind the following:

  • International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We do not cover customs duties, VAT, or taxes, and these are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs fees, the order may be returned to us. In that case, your refund will be issued minus original shipping and any additional return costs charged to us by the carrier.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured international shipping method for returns.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
  3. Include your order number and a short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a full refund, store credit, or a replacement at no additional cost to you.


7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order appears lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact our team with your order number and shipping details
  • We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if your package is confirmed as lost

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
